Martin Walker Law’s Office Wins Award For Best Commercial Interior in Texas

Martin Walker Law is thrilled to have had its offices located in Downtown Tyler’s historic Arcadia Theater be recognized by the Texas Downtown Association as 2015’s Best Commercial Interior in Texas.
The award focused on how downtown businesses in Texas used their interiors to improve their customers’ or clients’ experiences, on the innovations downtown business owners employed to address unique design challenges posed by being located in a downtown area, and on the impact nominated businesses had on their surrounding downtowns and business districts.
First opened back in 1925, the Arcadia Theater has been a Tyler landmark for over 90 years. It served Tyler’s downtown area as a 585 seat theater, then later as a coffee house. It was purchased and renovated by Martin Walker Law in early 2013 who preserved  and integrated several aspects of the theater’s historic charm while converting it into a stylish, welcoming office space.
