Reid Martin

Reid Martin is an experienced trial attorney with more than 30 years of taking cases in front of a jury. He has been Board Certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997.

Reid is unique in that he is one of very few lawyers who handle medical malpractice cases. When you bring your case to Martin Walker, Reid will personally meet with you and review your medical records with appropriate experts to determine if you have a case to pursue. In one of his cases recently, a jury awarded a $43.32 million verdict against Tyler-based East Texas Medical Center and one of its doctors, finding the hospital grossly negligent in its retention and supervision of a doctor on probation whose abandonment and improper care led to a patient’s complete loss of his quality of life and ability to provide for his family. The parties later settled for $9 million.

His attention to the details and merits of each case is an important factor that could make the difference in your cause. When you meet Reid in person, it becomes obvious that he is ready and willing to prepare your case for trial, which is where he and the Martin Walker team of trial attorneys shine.
